About the Vero Beach and Sebastian, Florida Areas
Indian River county has some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. It also boasts of one of the most pristine sections of the Indian River Lagoon, with excellent fishing and scenic boating areas. As well, the original inspiration for the development of land that would later become Vero Beach, citrus agriculture, is still a vital part of the county.
When families move to an area they are always concerned with the quality of the educational opportunities. Well they are greatly relieved when they move to Indian River county. The public school system is highly ranked and we have several wonderful private schools including Saint Edwards School and Saint Helens Catholic School.
Anyone who spends any time in the Vero Beach area discovers quickly that there are many wonderful, high quality cultural events to attend from the Riverside Theatre to the Vero Classical Ballet and the Vero Beach Theatre Guild.
Arbor Trace
Arbor Trace is a gated and deed restricted community in Vero Beach, Florida border by Oslo Road to the south, 43rd Ave to the east and 5th St SW to the north. There are 147 single family homes, with some of them facing one of the 2 lakes, and 12 cul-de-sacs on a 72 acre site.
Arbor Trace is known for numerous stands of old growth oak trees, palms, lush landscaping, and it is a family friendly neighborhood. The developers did a wonderful job of keeping as many of the original trees as possible.

It is located off of Indian River county road 512 approximately 5 minutes from the Indian River lagoon and 15 minutes from the beach.

poured concrete walls as one of the selling points of their homes. South Lakes is near the corner of 58th Avenue & Oslo Road, the Indian

Community pools, clubhouse and more make this a desirable area. Community boat dock and private beach access add to it's allure.
Sebastian Highlands
One of the highlights of the Sebastian Highlands' location is its proximity to the Indian River Lagoon. If you are a boating enthusiast, having easy access to the boat ramps that are 5 minutes from the Sebastian Inlet will definitely appeal to you. A casual dining experience at Captain Hiram's Resort, Mulligan's Beach House Bar and Grill or Squid Lips Grill is sure to put a great ending on a fun day out on the water.
The Sebastian Highlands is a fantastic neighborhood for those that are looking for a relaxed pace of life with plenty of natural wildlife, nature preserves and parks.
Hammock Lakes
2000 to 2006 and are CBS construction. The builder generally supplied hurricane panels and built hip roofs which, combined with the CBS constuction provide a good wind mitigation report which can save a home owner a considerable sum on insurance.
